Data Deletion

You can delete your observations, diaries, location at any time.

📋 Delete a single observation

In the app:

Open the observation

Tap Delete observation

Confirm deletion

On the website:

Open your observations

Tap the menu (⋮) and choose Delete next to the observation

Confirm deletion

⚠️ The observation will be permanently deleted.

📓 Diaries

🗑️ Delete a diary entry

In the app:

Open the diary entry

Tap Delete entry

Confirm deletion

On the website:

Open the diary

Tap the menu (⋮) and choose Delete next to the entry

Confirm deletion

📚 Delete an entire diary

In the app and on the website:

Open the diary

Tap Delete

Confirm deletion

⚠️ All entries inside the diary will also be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

📍 Places

🗺️ Delete a place

In the app and on the website:

Open the place

Tap Delete

Confirm deletion

⚠️ Delete account and all data

In the app:

Go to Settings → Delete Account

Read the warning and review what will be deleted

Enter your email address to confirm

Tap Delete permanently

On the website:

Go to Profile → Delete Account

Read the warning and review what will be deleted

Enter your email address to confirm

Tap Delete permanently

🚫 This action is irreversible. All your observations, diaries, places, and personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
